Riyadh, 11 Sep 2025: Red Sea Global (RSG), the developer behind regenerative tourism destinations The Red Sea and AMAALA, announces today a landmark partnership with the awarding of two major hospital operating contracts to Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group (HMG), a leading healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia.
Through this strategic collaboration, RSG and HMG are joining forces to manage and operate the state-of-the-art Red Sea Hospital and AMAALA Hospital. Together, these assets form the cornerstone of Red Sea Health, RSG’s newly launched healthcare brand designed to deliver world-class, integrated medical services to residents, guests, and employees across its destinations, in alignment with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 Health Transformation.
The Red Sea Hospital will offer advanced emergency services, inpatient and outpatient care, specialized clinics, surgical facilities, and digital health integration. Similarly, the AMAALA Hospital will provide premium healthcare tailored to the unique needs of luxury wellness tourism, alongside serving the wider community. Both hospitals will be fully licensed by the Ministry of Health, meeting local and international standards, and equipped with cutting-edge technology, ensuring excellence, empathy, and accessibility.

The awarding of these contracts follows a rigorous and competitive evaluation process, where HMG’s proposal demonstrated excellence in patient-centered care. The hospitals will be fully supported by Red Sea Health’s network, which will also include six pharmacies and a dedicated emergency medical services system capable of rapid response and hospital transfers.
The Red Sea destination welcomed its first guests in 2023 and now has five resorts open. This includes Six Senses Southern Dunes, St. Regis Red Sea Resort, Nujuma, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, and RSG’s self-operated resorts Shebara and Desert Rock.
